ITM is seeking an experienced, success minded full-time individuals with retail or specialty store experience.

We have openings for:

  • B2B Inbound Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or an equivalent degree or 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer and keyboarding skills
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Make and receive inbound and outbound calls
  • Follow up or return customer service calls
  • Establishing ongoing rapport with existing/potential customers
  • Listen and respond appropriately to resolve customer troubles

You will provide the following equipment, which is not company property:

  • A computer (minimum 4GB RAM, 8 GB RAM is better) with supported browser, such as Chrome. Supported OS include Windows 7, 8 or 10 or Mac OS within the last 3 releases
  • Internet (10 mbps recommended) – public wifi will not work
  • A quality USB headset with microphone to make calls with. (Earbuds will not work)

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 11:30am-8pm

This is a work from home position. A professional atmosphere is a must, free of background noise.

Pay Range: $14.00-$17.00 per hour, based on experience

Pay is weekly and direct deposit only.
