We are looking to hire fun, upbeat, professional individuals for inbound program work with immediate needs. This will be a 1099 position with the possibility to shift to becoming an employee within the company.

The ability to provide both excellent telephone and people skills is key. You must be able to provide outstanding customer service by utilizing active listening skills to able to answer inquires and questions.

Individuals must be flexible to work any scheduled shift due to the changing client needs current hours may be from 8am to midnight

Proficiency in basic computer and keyboarding skills are required. You must have a computer, private internet connection (public internet access is not acceptable) and a USB headset. Equipment will not be provided by the company. Calls must be made in a professional atmosphere at all times free of background noise with limited interruptions.

This position is for Ohio based employees only

Pay scale starts at $14.00 per hour. As a 1099 the Company will not be responsible for any deductions or taxes.
