Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Outbound Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling email communications, and reviewing documents for prospective or existing customers, providing information and maintaining positive customer relationships. This is an on-site position and is not eligible for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers using provided call lists. This is not cold calling.
• Respond to and manage customer email communications in a timely and professional manner
• Review and process documents for accuracy and completeness
• Clearly communicate information across both phone and email channels
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide excellent customer service and handle objections professionally
• Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and company information

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 20 WPM typing minimum
• Windows/PC experience
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask between phone, email, and document review
• Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency
• Dependable and punctual with strong attendance
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and kindness when interacting with customers
• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
