ITM Marketing has openings for qualified individuals!

We are looking to hire fun, upbeat, professional individuals for an established inbound e-commerce program.

• The ability to provide both excellent telephone and people skills is key.
• You must be able to provide outstanding customer service by being conversational and utilizing active listening skills to be able to answer inquires and questions, place orders, handle complaints, as well as a variety of other tasks.
• An interest in food products is beneficial but not required.
• Proficiency in basic computer and keyboarding skills are required as well as the ability to navigate multiple computer databases and multiple screens.

Individuals must be flexible to work between of the hours of 9:00 am and 7:00 pm, with the typical shift from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm. This program works 7 days a week. Shifts will be Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat.

This is not a work from home position.

Pay is weekly and direct deposit. Pay starts at $15.00 per hour.
