ITM Marketing has openings for qualified individuals!

We are looking to hire fun, upbeat, professional individuals for an established inbound e-commerce program.

• The ability to provide both excellent telephone and people skills is key.
• You must be able to provide outstanding customer service by being conversational and utilizing active listening skills to be able to answer inquires and questions, place orders, handle complaints, as well as a variety of other tasks.
• An interest in home decorating is beneficial but not required.
• Proficiency in basic computer and keyboarding skills are required as well as the ability to navigate multiple computer databases and multiple screens.

Individuals must be flexible to work any scheduled shift between of the hours of 9:00 am and 10:00 pm. The typical current shift will be scheduled between 11:30am to 10:00pm. This program does work on the weekends and holidays.

This is not a work from home position.

Pay is weekly and direct deposit. Pay starts at $14.00 per hour.
