ITM Marketing has openings for qualified individuals!

We are looking to hire fun, upbeat, professional individuals for an established inbound e-commerce program.

• The ability to provide both excellent telephone and people skills is key.
• You must be able to provide outstanding customer service by being conversational and utilizing active listening skills to be able to answer inquires and questions, place orders, handle complaints, as well as a variety of other tasks.
• Proficiency in basic computer and keyboarding skills are required as well as the ability to navigate multiple computer databases and multiple screens.

Individuals must be able to work between of the hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. This program typically works Monday-Friday and include an hour lunch.

This is not a work from home position.

Pay is weekly and direct deposit. Pay starts at $15.00 per hour.
